How I’ve waited to get to this lovely Kundalini yoga studio in Santa Monica – the Golden Bridge.
The Golden Bridge was founded by Gurumukh and there is another one in New York. She is truly a wonderful woman, who brought the wisdom of kundalini yoga and pregnancy yoga to women worldwide.
I am so happy to have met my Sanghat in Santa Monica and my devoted yogi friends here. I caught a thyroid gland yoga and it was very tough, and amazingly beautiful afterwards! 🙂
